About Yes Puzzle
Yes Puzzle is a site for people who like being stuck. We cover the whole puzzle landscape: metal disentanglement and cast puzzles, wooden interlocking puzzles and burrs, Japanese puzzle boxes, jigsaws from mass-market cardboard to hand-cut wood, logic and paper puzzles, and the science of why any of this feels so good.
The site has four parts:
- The blog: long-form articles across eight categories, from difficulty theory to yosegi marquetry, published on a rolling schedule.
- The escape room directory: a nationwide, browsable index of US escape room venues, compiled from public map data.
- Resources: practical buying, gifting, and getting-started guides.
- Tools: small, free, no-signup tools like the jigsaw time estimator and the puzzle picker quiz.
How we make money
Some articles contain affiliate links to puzzle retailers. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we recommend, and it is always disclosed on the page; the full policy is in our affiliate disclosure.
About the directory data
Escape room listings are adapted from Overture Maps Foundation open data. Venues open, close, and move constantly; always verify hours and booking details on the venue's own site before visiting. If you spot an error, we would genuinely like to fix it.
